Loose density tester meter/Hall flow testing machine

HTD-02 Hall flow meter is based on GB1482-2010-T metal powder flowability measurement [standard funnel method (Hall flow meter instead of GB1479-84, GB1482-84 standard specifications for testing metal powder and non-metal powder Flow rate and bulk density. Funnel material is divided into brass and stainless steel [brass is easy to oxidize, stainless steel wear-resistant]

This method is only applicable to powders that can flow freely through a standard funnel with a pore size of 2.5 mm or 5.0 mm. Other parts of this standard specify a method for determining the bulk density of powder that cannot pass through a standard funnel with a pore size of 5.0 mm.

Principle

The powder is free to fall from the funnel hole to a full height to fill the cup. In the loose state, the bulk density of the powder is expressed in terms of the mass per unit volume of the powder. This standard is equivalent to ISO 3923/1—1979 “Determination of bulk density of metal powders-Part 1 Funnel method”.

Structure

1. Funnel: Standard funnel ,The diameter d of the hole has two specifications, one is 2.5 mm in diameter; the other is 5.0 mm in diameter.

2, Funnel angle: 60 degrees

3, Cylindrical cup: volume 25 ± 0.05 cm3, internal diameter is 31 ± 1mm.

4, Cups and funnels production: cups and funnels should be made of non-magnetic and corrosion-resistant metal materials, and have sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear, usually made of brass or stainless steel. The inner surfaces of the funnel and cup should be carefully polished.

5. Bracket and base: The bracket is used to fix the funnel. The base must be level and stable and must not be vibrated for mounting brackets and cups. The distance between the bottom of the funnel hole and the upper part of the cup is 25mm, which can be adjusted by the positioning block. The funnel and the cup must be concentric.

5, Balance (user-supplied): to have a sufficient measurement range, the weighing sample can be accurate to 0.01g.
