Application

This machine is mainly used to evaluate the friction and wear performance of end faces, pin disks and other samples in the form of sliding friction under high temperature and atmospheric protection. It can be used to evaluate the abrasion performance of various metals, coatings, engineering plastics, ceramics and powder metallurgy and other new materials, and to determine the abrasion resistance and material matching characteristics of the materials. The test can be performed under various conditions such as changing load, speed, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness, test ambient temperature, gas medium and other parameters. The testing machine adopts two forms of end face and pin plate, and also has the expansion space of friction pair.

The test force of the machine is controlled by a hydraulic closed-loop servo system. The test force is applied smoothly and reliably. and the test force can be set by the operator on the computer interface; The spindle speed, revolutions, test force, friction torque, friction pair temperature, test time and other parameters are controlled by computer. It can also collect test data in real time and draw corresponding test curves, and store, retrieve, and print test data or curves at will.
