This instrument is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Specification 10, used to test the thickening process and time of oil well cement under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Technical performance requirements

1.Instrument configuration

The key components of pressurized consistometer are all products of international famous manufacturers, EUROTHERM, UK 2604 controller, paper recorder of Autonics liquid crystal screen, which can directly read temperature, pressure and consistency value on the equipment, and draw thickening experiment curve, SC booster pump in the United States, gems pressure sensor in the United States, hip high-pressure valve in the United States, high-pressure pipeline, three-way and four-way, ultra-high pressure gauge in Germany, tecsis gas source pressure gauge in Germany, all copper spiral tube cooling structure. The overall structure and performance of the instrument completely meet the requirements of similar American instruments.

2.Equipment features

2.1.Configure the data acquisition system, which can collect the experimental curve directly by computer. Automatic temperature and pressure control.

2.2.The new high-pressure oil filter is easy to remove and wash (Chinese utility model patent: zl2018 2 1086649. X), and the high-pressure oil filter element can be removed directly by hand and then cleaned.

2.3 The equipment is installed with large flow and low pressure oil filter to greatly improve the oil loading speed.

2.4 The main air circuit is ∮ 10 copper pipe, which greatly increases the air intake of the pump.

2.5 Add a set of air filter in front of the main air circuit and SC booster pump in the United States, greatly increasing the service life of the solenoid valve on the pipeline and SC booster pump in the United States.

2.6 The cauldron handle adopts the deep-seated process, and the non thread part of the cauldron handle contacts the cauldron cover, so as to avoid the fracture consequence of knocking the cauldron handle when the cauldron cover is opened.

2.7 The alarm system realizes automatic alarm and automatic shutdown for the upper limit of consistency, pressure and temperature.

2.8.A protector is added at the connection between the high-pressure valve and the low-pressure pipe from the air to the kettle to prevent the experimenter from directly opening the air to the kettle valve when the high-pressure release valve is not opened due to misoperation after the experiment, which causes the thickened oil in the kettle to flow into the gas pipeline and damages the booster pump and the solenoid valve.
